Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What counts as an active agent?
An active agent is one with a running task or scheduled workflow. Inactive agents do not count toward your limit.
Is the Team plan per user or per workspace?
Per user. Every member who needs full access to the workspace needs a Team seat. Read-only guests are always free.
